Crystal healing is a gentle and effective treatment for re-balancing the whole body. It works on a physical, spiritual, mental and emotional level. Crystals have been worked with for healing for thousands of years. Crystals can be worked with for healing, meditation, accessing the past, to wear and decorate our homes.
It can help in re-aligning and balancing the chakras (energy centres in the body), unblock any emotional blockages within the body, help alleviate pain, improve the immune system, boost self confidence, help with keeping grounded and giving a sense of complete well being.
Crystals work on vibrational energy just as our bodies do at cellular level. The crystals resonate through vibrations and their healing power happens when their vibrations resonate with the liquid crystals in our bodies at cellular level or in our blood stream. This then re-balances the cells so they can function in a more harmonious way. Your body is capable of absorbing the vibrations from the crystals and will help to heal the part of the body most in need of it. It doesn't necessarily mean on a physical level, they will help heal on an emotional and spiritual level.
Treatment
You will remain fully clothed and treatment is usually given to you lying down. The therapist will select crystals that are appropriate to your needs, for the areas in need of healing and re-balancing. Different crystals have different vibrational frequencies. Sometimes the therapist will ask which crystal you are drawn to and work with those. No two treatments are the same and may require a different number or type of crystal being chosen. During the treament you may find that you become very relaxed.
Healing with the energies from the crystals are very gentle, yet can bring about fundamental changes.
